The Minnesota Companion Rabbit Society (MCRS) educates the public on rabbit care and supports companion rabbit welfare through adoption and outreach programs.

Email Hotline Volunteers respond to questions from the public via email, helping to educate rabbit owners and promote MCRS’s mission. Volunteers use a library of template responses and receive support from experienced team members to ensure accurate, compassionate communication.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emails from the public during your assigned week

  • Use and update template responses as appropriate

  • Communicate scheduling needs and availability with the Email Hotline Lead

  • Collaborate with the team for questions or complex situations

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Completion of MCRS Orientation and training

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Comfortable using Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, etc.)

  • Rabbit care knowledge is a plus, but not required — we’ll support you!
